The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is a national health organization focused on saving lives through suicide prevention resources in areas of research, education, and advocacy. AFSP provides training, toolkits, manuals, and activities for youth.
MY3 helps individuals connect with others when they’re having thoughts of suicide. MY3 enables users to create a support system, build a safety plan, access important resources, get support at times of risk, and access the national suicide prevention lifeline 24/7.
