Our Story

Rick Hollering founded Youth Services Alliance in 1999 with the vision of working with schools, churches, and other youth serving organizations to maximize resources to better impact youth and families. YSA has since won two Governor’s Awards and numerous local awards for it’s work with youth. With a background as a corporate trainer and business consultant Rick used his experience training corporations, business leaders, sports teams and professionals as a foundation to work with youth. 

His passion to train other youth workers and train staff to better connect with youth lead him to become a certified Human Behavior Consultant in 2006 and complete “Advanced” certification in 2007. 

 YSA is a resource to put on camps, leadership events, and community service projects with youth and other partnering organizations.
